David Kang is a professional day trader with 15 years of market experience who previously founded Prosperity Trades and now serves as Founder & CEO of Prosperity Partners. Over the past 9 years, he has served more than 1,500 clients through his proprietary trading approach.
His motivation for mastering the markets was deeply personal. Growing up in a humble home as a pastor’s kid, he experienced firsthand how limiting a lack of capital could be.
After years of trial and error, including losing $20,000 in a single day while following guru strategies, David realized that real success in trading required a completely different approach. He spent thousands of hours refining what would become the Prosperity Profit System.
In 2017, David built Prosperity Trades, where he began serving a broad base of clients through his trading approach while continuing to refine the system through live market experience and direct client results.
David’s faith became a defining foundation in his life. After giving his life to Christ in his mid-20s, trading became about more than money. He later married his wife Shoko, whom he also taught the system to.
Over time, David’s vision evolved. Rather than continuing to serve a large audience through a broader education-based model, he chose to build Prosperity Partners as a more selective private trading consultancy.
